SPEECH & FEEDING THERAPY, COACHING
Jaimie Bartlett, M.S. CCC-SLP
Jaimie is a pediatric speech-language pathologist specializing in developmental, neuroprotective therapy for infants and young children. With experience across a wide range of settings, she brings a unique lens to her current work as a NICU therapist—where she’s especially passionate about the nuances of immature versus disordered swallowing and how early medical experiences shape long-term developmental outcomes.
A natural leader and mentor, Jaimie thrives on supporting families, guiding fellow clinicians, and helping others build NICU therapy programs rooted in evidence and compassion. She’s the founder of Upwell, named after the oceanic current that brings nutrients from the deep to nourish life at the surface—a fitting metaphor for her approach to therapy, growth, and leadership.
In addition to her clinical work, Jaimie is a licensed boat captain and founder of Nautical Solutions, where she combines her love of the water with entrepreneurial spirit. Whether she’s mentoring a new clinician or charting a course offshore, Jaimie brings clarity, curiosity, and care to every endeavor.
